week 3

This past week has been the most intense week so far! We had lectures on reptance and forgiveness. God worked wonders in mylife! It's one thing knowing and thinking that God is all forgiving but actually being able to feel it is a total differentand amazing feeling! Wow God is good!Life here in Perth has been great! Tonight was hilarious... we took the our rolly computer desk chair down the street in front of the base where there was a hill and went down it! It was a blast! Tonight was just a night of sillyness! :)Last thursday was so sweet during base intercession time. We split up into groups of 2; the whole base and we were each given chapters in the bible to read and so in 45 minutes we read the whole bible as a base around our precinct! It was sweet! I read 9 chapters in Isaiah which I have to say I love that book! This coming week is on Intercession and Worship which I am very excited about. I think a man named Ed Sherman will be speaking. I love times of intercession at the base. The presence of God is friggen sweet.
So during the week of The character and nature of God we had to split up into groups and creatively describe Gods character.We decided to write a poem. It was written by myself, april, courtney, and allison.So here is the poem:\

When I look to the river with the morning sky reflecting on the water and two dolphins surfacing I am reminded of the splendor of your imagination.I sit here unsure of how I am going to fix myself, my problems, my insecurity, and my uncertainties but I think of yourhealing power and incomprehensive mercy.Your mind so beyond what I can comprehend. Your thoughts are more numerous then the stars, God, your knowledge is unparalled. All creation sings of your glory. Our life stories are written in the palm of your hand. Your presence is everywhere.Have mercy on me my God According to your unfailing love and according to your great compassion, for your love enduresforever.God, your truth brings transformation. I am fearfully and wonderfull made by a God who makes no mistakes. I am valuable because I am yours.
